Solvent Less Adhesive
For adhesives to be called solvent free, they must not contain more than 5% solvents. Solvent-free polyurethane adhesive is a viscous substrate, which can connect film substrates together by means of their viscosity. They are viscous liquid at normal temperatures.
Solvent-free adhesive is a good replacement for solvent-based adhesive:
– effective reducing the residual solvent, as it is a solvent-free adhesive.
– high Initial adhesion, making it possible for real-time slitting and delivery without a long-time curing.
– lower cost, as it has no extra use of any solvent and heating oven system.
– working environment friendly, reducing pollution and avoiding the risk of fires.
